Your celebrant
I conduct commitment ceremonies, renewal of vows, naming ceremonies and any type of welcoming ceremony that is personal to you. I live in London but I am able to travel anywhere. This also would apply if a couple wanted something special abroad. I love the fact that couples feel a bond with me and I with them. That is so important. I want them to look back on their day and smile.

This is becoming increasingly popular as it allows couples to express their love in front of their family and friends again. This is a great ceremony to have if you have had children and they can be part of the treasured moment.
commitment ceremony
It could be an anniversary, commitment to step children, or just a great alternative to a legal wedding. Whatever it is, I can make it bespoke to you with all the little extras that would make it special.
welcoming ceremony
It maybe that you are welcoming a child through adoption into the family. Any type of welcome can be discussed. Even welcoming a pet!
Naming ceremony
A wonderful alternative to a christening and the age does not matter. Grandparents, parents and supporting adults can all contribute and make it so personal.
Who am I?
I have been a registrar/celebrant for over 24 years and could not imagine myself doing anything else. I started in bolton where I was born and bred and worked in the register office there for three years. I loved it from day one and knew that this was for me. I cannot imagine doing anything else.
In 2010 I did a show called ‘the wedding house’ for channel 4. Initially when I auditioned, the production company were looking for four registrars. They ultimately just chose me. I had such fun for 3-4 months and was thrown into this world I knew nothing about. I married 46 couples over approximately 26 days and all the weddings/renewal of vows were themed in some way. There was Alice in wonderland, Dalmations, and I must not forget the fetish ceremony to name a few. They were all amazing.
